Look in the account settings first, since many services let you cancel online. Take a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation and save any email. If you cannot find a way to cancel, send a written request and keep a copy. If charges continue after you canceled, contact your card issuer to dispute them and show your proof of cancellation.
